The pool waterproof coating is a two-component waterproof material made from organic liquid and inorganic powder, utilizing advanced German technology and key raw materials. The product can be applied in humid environments and is capable of withstanding high hydrostatic pressure. It features water resistance, high compressive strength, strong adhesion, and wear resistance, with excellent water resistance and long-term water immersion tolerance. It is suitable for various types of reservoirs, swimming pools, sewage treatment ponds, hot spring pools, aquaculture, and other pools.
Product Features:
● Adding pigment can create a decorative layer that is odorless and can be used for waterproofing of edible pools;
●Suitable for waterproofing of exterior walls and sloping roofs with decorative materials, capable of firmly bonding with various outer materials such as base surfaces, roof tiles, and cement mortar;
● High temperature resistance, especially suitable for waterproofing of roads and bridges; by adjusting the mix ratio, it can be used to produce sealing materials.
Scope of application:
Suitable for waterproofing of drinking water pools, hot spring pools, swimming pools, reservoirs, sewage treatment ponds, and aquaculture.
Usage:
Base surface preparation: Ensure that the base surface is flat, solid, clean, and free of visible water, dust, oil stains, loose objects, and other debris.
Ingredient mixing steps: Slowly add the powder into the liquid of the corresponding ratio, stir well until it is uniform, fine, and free of lumps, and then let it stand for three to five minutes before use.
Painting technique:
① Select rollers or brushes for painting, and proceed layer by layer according to the selected method and sequence.
② Ensure even application during painting to avoid localized deposition.
③ Apply the slurry uniformly in a perpendicular direction to achieve the best coverage effect. The application should be done at least 2-3 times, and the number of applications should be increased in areas with high water depth and pressure.
④ Painting interval: Based on the curing of each layer of paint film, the next layer can be painted when it is no longer sticky to the touch.
⑤ Special part treatment: For parts that are not suitable for painting, such as internal and external corners and pipe edges, it is recommended to add alkali-resistant reinforced carcass materials (such as woven polyester cloth) for reinforcement.
⑥ Reference quantity: When the film thickness is 1.0mm, approximately 1.5-2kg/㎡ of paint is required.
Precautions:
Ensure that the temperature of the construction environment is within the range of 5℃ to 35℃.
The mixed slurry should be used up within 1 hour.
● It is strictly prohibited to mix water or other materials into the product.
The storage temperature of the liquid component must not be lower than 0℃.
During construction, please ensure to take appropriate protective measures, such as wearing gloves.
Storage conditions:
● It should be stored in a sealed manner in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse;
● This product is water-based and can be transported as regular goods;
During transportation, prevent exposure to sunlight, freezing, squeezing, and collision, and maintain the integrity of the packaging.
