Instructions for use:
Scope of application: This product is suitable for general anti-corrosion and anti-rust requirements, but not suitable for severe and harsh corrosive environments, or steel surfaces that have been severely rusted and contaminated. Environmental requirements: Minimum construction temperature: 5°C; maximum construction humidity: 75%RH.
Substrate preparation: All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free from contamination.
This product is a single-component paint that can be diluted with 10% water. Please stir the original paint thoroughly before each use. Spraying tools: Airless spraying process is recommended. Recommended spray guns for airless spraying process: Chongqing Changjiang gun nozzles: 17B25, 17B15. Recommended spray guns for air spraying process: W-77, W-71 spray guns. Nozzle diameter: 1.8-2.5mm. Air pressure: 0.6-0.8Mpa. It is advisable not to apply too thick a layer in one go, with a wet film thickness not exceeding 150um.
Drying method: Natural drying or high-temperature forced drying can be adopted. 6-coat interval: The next coat can be applied 1-2 hours after the first coat. During drying, the leveling time should be no less than 10 minutes, and the drying time at 80°C-100°C should be no less than 30 minutes.
After use, all construction equipment should be cleaned immediately with tap water. After cleaning with solvent-based diluent, it must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water.

1. This product is a water-based environmentally friendly paint, which is low-carbon and environmentally friendly. It does not belong to flammable or explosive hazardous chemicals, nor is it a corrosive or toxic substance. 2. Substrate preparation: All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free of contamination. All surfaces should be evaluated and treated according to the ISO8504:1992 standard, and oil and grease should be removed according to the requirements of the SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning standard.
For surface treatment with pre-applied primer, the primer surface should be clean and free of contamination. Coating must be carried out within the specified recoating interval. For surfaces pre-coated with primer, areas with peeling and damage should be repaired before spray coating.
