This product is a water-based acrylic floor paint independently developed by our company, formed by crosslinking pure water-based resin and water-based catalyst. This product realizes the water-based transformation of floor paint, making it more environmentally friendly and healthier.

Scope of application:
It is suitable for use on concrete floors, interior walls, cement products, ceramic products, metal products, wood products, etc. It can be used in factories, workshops, warehouses, clean rooms, offices, kindergartens, corridors, restaurants, playgrounds, exterior walls, floors, and stairs.
Instructions: Water-based floor paint is divided into three categories: primer, topcoat, and gloss coat. Requirements for plain floors: The new concrete floor substrate must be tightly and firmly bonded, with a smooth surface, free of grease, dust, moisture, and mold spots. The new floor must be completely dry, with a pH of 8-9. Smooth floors must undergo a texturing process before painting.
Construction method: Repair and level the pitted base surface, sand it, clean it to achieve a dust-free state, apply primer, intermediate coat, top coat, and gloss paint.
The construction can be done by brushing, rolling, or spraying;
The base surface should be polished first (any unevenness should be filled and leveled), cleaned, and free of dust. Before construction, apply a coat of primer, which can cover approximately 8 square meters per kilogram. The primer generally dries in 5-8 hours. After the primer dries, apply a coat of topcoat mixed with 80-120 mesh quartz sand (self-provided) and putty powder to create a midcoat, which can cover 4 square meters per kilogram. 3. After the surface dries (depending on whether it needs to be polished, and if so, apply another coat of topcoat), apply the topcoat directly if no polishing is required. The topcoat can cover approximately 6 square meters per kilogram, and it is generally required to apply two coats.
