Jianmei wall primer is a new type of high-quality, environmentally friendly water-based architectural decorative coating, refined using a unique formula and advanced paint manufacturing technology. It is specially designed for various base substrates, sealing the alkali to prevent the precipitation of water-soluble salts and subsequent spalling, while also saving on topcoats and enhancing the decorative performance of the topcoat. Application method:
Brush coating, roll coating, spray coating.
Dilution: If the viscosity is too high, add 5%-10% of clean water for dilution.
Base surface treatment:
1. The base layer should be firm, solid, dry, flat, clean, and free of dust and oil stains. New walls should undergo a three-month maintenance period for better results, during which the surface dust and debris should be removed. 2. The moisture content of the base layer should be ≤8%, with a pH value of ≤10, and the wall should be sealed with a sealing primer.
Drying time: surface dry in 45 minutes, with a minimum reapplication interval of 2-4 hours. The second coat takes 2 days to fully dry, and may require longer on cloudy days.
Construction temperature: above 10°C, and under an environment with a relative humidity of less than 85%
